ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Dallas' Ridgewood Park neighborhood is a well-maintained collection of classic mid-twentieth century homes. Built in the early 1950’s, these charming homes have brick exteriors, tiled baths, hardwood floors, large yards and mature trees. Abrams Road, Lovers Lane, Fisher Road and the DART Light Rail border Ridgewood Park.
Nearby attractions and conveniences include some of Dallas' finest restaurants and nightspots in the popular Uptown District and on Lower Greenville Avenue. World-class shopping can be found just five minutes away at Northpark Center with plenty of leisurely specialty shops at nearby Mockingbird Station, Snider Plaza to the West, and Lakewood to the Southeast. Three major grocery stores, including Central Market, are within minutes of Ridgewood Park, along with three DART light rail stations, White Rock Lake and Southern Methodist University.
In July 2015, D Magazine named Ridgewood Park one of the five "Next Hot Neighborhoods in Dallas."
